I was the founder of SculptureWalk Sioux Falls and director for 18 years retiring in 2021. I have also been consulting with community sculpture programs for over 13 years.

The CityArt Walking Sculpture Tour is an exciting exhibition of outdoor sculpture displayed in the heart of downtown Mankato and North Mankato. Now in its thirteenth year, CityArt continues to draw thousands of visitors each year making the Mankato arts community highly recognized throughout the state and region.
Since the program’s founding, CityArt has sold 40 sculptures through public and private sale and has commissioned multiple works and installations for public and private clients which have been completed by artists participating in the CityArt Walking Sculpture Tour.

Sculpture Tour is a 150-sculpture program, with over 70-rotating annually. Other sculptures on a longer rotation or are part of our permanent collection. Eau Claire a community with a population of 70,000 located 95 miles east of Minneapolis. The trade area of “Chippewa Valley” consists of approximately 150,000 and is home to the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
The Eau Claire area is known for murals, sculptures and music festivals, with the world class Pablo Center at the Confluence. In addition visitors can enjoy 2 rivers, numerous lakes and miles of hiking and biking trails. Eau Claire is a favorite vacation destination for people from Chicago and Minneapolis.

Where is “River City”? It is a fictional town from composer Meredith Willson’s Broadway musical, The Music Man. But the real River City is Willson’s hometown—Mason City—a community of 28,000 in North Central Iowa with a rich cultural heritage.
This 80-sculpture exhibit is a mix of permanent (55) and rotating sculptures on a 1.7 mile loop through the community’s Cultural Crescent. The Sculptures on Parade exhibit links world-renowned Frank Lloyd Wright Prairie School architecture (the Historic Park Inn Hotel and the Stockman House Museum) with The Music Man complex and the MacNider Art Museum (home to Bil Baird’s marionettes including those from The Sound of Music and several works by Grant Wood—who summered in the area.

The Arts R Alive in Webster City Iowa Sculpture Event is an exhibition of outdoor sculpture displayed in West Twin Park, located in the center of the City. It is the only year-round sculpture exhibit in central Iowa and proudly showcases artist’s works from throughout the United States. Over the past thirteen years Arts R Alive has hosted the "Arts R Alive Sculpture Event in the Park” every August and has commissioned public pieces and installations.

Baytown, just 30 minutes southeast of Houston, a peaceful stroll can be had around Town Square’s lush green space and the adjoining area. The coastal city has become a new destination for those seeking an opportunity to view art in the wild thanks to the Baytown Sculpture Trail.
Attracting residents and tourists alike, the trail, which premiered last year, recently installed its second iteration of outdoor sculptures. Placed throughout Baytown’s Art, Culture and Entertainment District, more commonly referred to as the ACE District, this year’s installation features 25 sculptures by 19 different artists.

De Smet is primarily known for the Little House on the Prairie Pageant. A new popular highlight in downtown is the fantastic 5-sculpture annual rotating program which is taking the region by storm. The Honorarium is $2000 per sculpture.
Yes, Sturgis is the largest motorcycle rally in the world, but they also love their sculptures. Featured are 5 world-class sculptures in the annual rotating Art Walk in historic downtown.The honorarium is $1,000 per sculpture.
Maryville is a cool college town in NW Missouri featuring 5 sculptures in their annual rotating sculpture tour in downtown.
